Construction System
Vertical constructions: enclosure ceramic block-work walling (Porotherm) thickness: 300mm + thermal insulation (100 mm) provided by mineral-wool panels, party-walls thickness: 250mm (Porotherm akustik), interior ceramic block-work partition walls thickness: 115 mm (Porotherm), alt. gypsum plasterboard (lavatory – sanitary cabin).
Horizontal constructions: monolithic reinforced concrete floor slabs.
Terraces: load-bearing monolithic reinforced concrete slab, thermally insulated with water-proofing, partially with gravel mound and scrubbed paving embedded on disks, alt. with wooden trafficable grid.
Balcony: frost resistant tiling with skirting.
Plasterwork: exterior thin layer white/colour facade plasterwork. Interior walls and ceilings with lime-cement plasterwork.
Paintwork coating: white, abrasion-resistant.
Windows, Balcony Door, Terrace Door
Material and glazing: double-glazed insulated white plastic 5-chamber profiles with the heat transmission coefficient k = 1,1 W/m2K, side-hung wings in combination with side-hung/pivoted ventilation wings and fixed wings according to PD, micro-ventilation slots, windows for 1 floor with safety foil.
Sill board: exterior – aluminium, alt. PVC, interior – white plastic sill boards with side endings.
Doors
Apartment entry door: full-bodied, security, fire-proof flush door, door surface treatment – foil, sight glass, steel doorframe.
Interior door: full-bodied flush door – foil, overlay doorframe – foil.
Floors
Rooms, entrance hall, kitchen, closet: laminated parquets with skirtings and transition profiles
Bathroom, lavatory: ceramic floor tiling.
Balcony: frost resistant tiling with skirting.
Terraces: scrubbed paving embedded on disks, alt. with grid – wood/werzalit.
Surfacing
Rooms, entrance hall, kitchen, closet: lime-cement ceiling and wall plasterwork, white paintwork coating.
Bathroom, lavatory: lime-cement ceiling and wall plasterwork, white paintwork coating, ceramic wall tiling up to 2100 mm (bathroom), up to 1200 mm (lavatory).
Sanitary Installations
Water distribution: water supply from water-service pipe, internal distribution of hot and cold water, appartment water distribution from plastic penstock, single subsidiary water-gauge located in sanitary units.
Sewage: sewage connection piping lead from sanitary ware in vertical sound-proof pipes to sewage-water collector, sewage stand-pipe.
Sanitary ware: white washbasin with stench-trap and lever stand-fittings with sewage/waste system, white wall-mounted toilet with in-built flushing cistern and white button, white acrylate bathtub with wall mounted lever fitting with shower head including shower set, quarter round shower tray with roller door, shower fittings including shower set.
Heating
Heat source: hot-water low-pressure gas boiler.
Heating units: steel plate heaters, ribbed heaters in bathrooms, termostatic valve regulation, individual apartment gauges.
Electrical Installation
Heavy-current distribution: copper wiring beneath the plasterwork, white plastic swithes and sockets, 380 V power supply in kitchen area, apartment fuse board in the entrance hall, lighting-fittings in communal areas of house.
Light-current distribution: entrance buzzer pannel with audio/video intercom system, data network set-out, digital TV and telephone connections finished in data-box, distributed in the rooms.
Ventilation
Bathroom and lavatory ventilation: ventilating duct-work with wall fans ended in stand-pipes leading out to roof with ventilating set.
Architectural Hardware
Balcons and terraces: steel thin-walled railings in combination with the safety glass, alt. surface-treated cement-bonded particleboard (cetris).
Lifts
Lifts: personal cable lift without the engine room (capacity: 6 passengers/450 kg).
Communal and Other Areas
Building entrances and staircase: floors – ceramic floor tiling with skirting, surface-treated walls and ceilings, lime-cement plasterwork with white paintwork coating, surface-treated paintcoated steel railings, entrance glazed aluminium walls with the entrance door connected to video intercom system.
Cellars: floors – dust-protected cement screed, surface-treated walls and ceilings, up to the top blockwork partition walls, fully-controlled ventilation.
Garages: floors – dust-protected cement screed, surface-treated walls and ceilings, sectional entrance remote-controlled gateway, fully-controlled and self-ventilation.
Technical Equipment, Hard Surfaces and Garden Improvements
Parking terrace and outdoor parking: concrete interlocking pavement.
Entry pavements: concrete interlocking pavement.
Post-boxes: detachable surface-treated tin post-boxes located in the hallway near the entrances
External complex lighting: lighting units at the entrances controlled by motion sensors, external lamp poles.
Solid municipal waste: waste containers to be placed on separated roofed spots.
Garden improvements: grass-covered open spaces around the building, landscape gardening (trees, bushes).
