In cooperation with our financial project partner, ČSOB, a.s., we set up convenient ways of financing the property purchase in the Block of Houses KARPATIA.

Alternative nr. 1:

  • Installment in the amount of 20 % of the purchase price (inc. VAT) within 10 days after signing up the Agreement on the future contract of the property ownership transfer. Reservation fee (3000 EUR) will be deducted according to the Reservation Contract.
  • Installment in the amount of 40 % of the purchase price (inc. VAT) within 15 days after finnishing all horizontal and vertical load-bearing structures.
  • - Installment in the amount of 30 % of the purchase price (inc. VAT) within 15 days after finnishing all engineering instalations and plasterworks.
  • - Installment in the amount of 10% of the purchase price (inc. VAT) on the day of signing the Deed of sale (at the latest).

Alternative nr. 2:

  • Installment in the amount of 10 % of the purchase price (inc. VAT) within 10 days after signing up the Agreement on the future contract of the property ownership transfer. Reservation fee (3000 EUR) will be deducted according to the Reservation Contract.
  • Installment in the amount of 50 % of the purchase price (inc. VAT) within 15 days after finnishing all horizontal and vertical load-bearing structures.
  • Installment in the amount of 35 % of the purchase price (inc. VAT) within 15 days after finnishing all engineering instalations and plasterworks.
  • Installment in the amount of 5% of the purchase price (inc. VAT) on the day of signing the Deed of sale (at the latest).
